got stuff from my dad in mail today. my “motivation” jeans that somehow i can fit into (with a muffin top though). and SHITLOAD of sugarfree jello. i’m ready to fight.
i guess i had a crissis but i’m back on the track. i’m home so i’m separated from my gym. but i have a stepper here and i plan on working out with dvds (something i’m unable to do at my home no2 because there’s not enough space and too many people hanging around.
i’m also separated from my scale. scary.
today i’m keeping it under 1000calories. i hope so.
breakfast: 1/2 hempshake with skim milk (80) + three pistachios (15)
